Galvanized Repair Paint

Chisboom Galvanized Repair Paint belongs to the anti-corrosion coating of metal structural components. It is not only used for missed plating and color repair on galvanized surfaces, but also for anti-corrosion coating on metal surfaces with low anti-corrosion requirements. Chisboom Galvanized Repair Paint has the same high gloss new color coating color as galvanized parts. Chisboom blue white zinc, like galvanized parts, will change with the color of the galvanized parts over time. As a repair for galvanized parts, the repair part used on galvanized parts will not be obvious. Chisboom Galvanized Repair Paint is a hand sprayed product with simple operation and is not limited by space and space.

Usage

1. Remove surface dust, oil stains, rust, and old coatings (please refer to our company's coating method for details) to ensure a dry surface.

2. In order to stir thoroughly, please swing the aerosol bottle up and down until you hear the sound of the stirring ball in the bottle, and continue to swing it to ensure that the stirring ball touches more than 30 times.

3. To ensure a film thickness of 10μm during coating, please provide an example of a 30cm coating surface with a coating speed of 10cm/second

4. In order to prevent the blockage of aerosol, please turn the aerosol bottle upside down after each use to make the spray port face down and press the spray port in a safe place until colorless gas is sprayed for 1-2 seconds. Keep the spray port clean at the same time.

5. In order to protect the environment, please hand Galvanized Repair Paint over to a qualified waste disposal company for disposal after use.

Special Reminder

1.Do not store in a temperature higher than 49℃ or near a fire source. It is strictly prohibited to puncture the can body.

2.Pay attention to protection during spraying. If you accidentally come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention as appropriate.
