Cold Galvanized Heavy Anti-Corrosion Agent

Chisboom strong cold galvanizing heavy-duty anti-corrosion spray can be widely used in the anti-corrosion and rust prevention of metal structural components, as well as the maintenance and repair of galvanized parts (hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvanized aluminum). Cold Galvanized Heavy Anti-Corrosion Agent can be used for small-scale painting (repair of welding joints in galvanized parts, repair of hot-dip galvanizing leakage, repair of damage to some galvanized parts, etc.), as well as for large-scale painting. It can be used alone or in combination with other coatings.

Usage

1. Remove surface dust, oil stains, rust, and old coatings (please refer to our company's coating method for details) to ensure a dry surface.

2. In order to stir thoroughly, please swing the aerosol bottle up and down until you hear the sound of the stirring ball in the bottle, and continue to swing it to ensure that the stirring ball touches more than 30 times.

3. To ensure a film thickness of 80μm during coating, please apply at a speed of 10cm/second 30cm away from the coating surface.

4. In order to prevent the blockage of aerosol, please turn the aerosol bottle upside down after each use to make the spray port face down and press the spray port in a safe place until colorless gas is sprayed for 1-2 seconds. Keep the spray port clean at the same time.

5. In order to protect the environment, please hand it over to a qualified waste disposal company for disposal after use.

Special Reminder

1.Do not store in a temperature higher than 49℃ or near a fire source. It is strictly prohibited to puncture the can body.

2.Pay attention to protection during spraying. If you accidentally come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention as appropriate.
