Galvanized Anti-Corrosion Spray

Chisboom galvanized color tone anti-corrosion spray is versatile and effective for protecting metal structural components against corrosion and rust. It's particularly suitable for maintaining and repairing galvanized structural elements, including those treated with hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, or zinc-aluminum spray. Moreover, Chisboom galvanized anti-corrosion spray can be applied independently or as a surface coating for Chisboom cold galvanizing, offering flexibility in usage depending on specific needs and conditions.

Usage

1. Remove surface dust, oil stains, rust, and old coatings (please refer to our company's coating method for details) to ensure a dry surface.

2. In order to stir thoroughly, please swing the aerosol bottle up and down until you hear the sound of the mixing ball in the bottle, and continue to swing to ensure that the mixing ball touches more than 30 times.

3. When spraying, please keep a distance of 30cm from the painted surface.

4. In order to prevent the blockage of aerosol, please turn the aerosol bottle upside down after each use to make the spray port face down and press the spray port in a safe place until colorless gas is sprayed for 1-2 seconds. Keep the spray port clean at the same time.

5. In order to protect the environment, please hand galvanized anti-corrosion spray over to a qualified waste disposal company for disposal after use.

Special Reminder

1.Do not store in a temperature higher than 49℃ or near a fire source. It is strictly prohibited to puncture the can body.

2.Pay attention to protection during spraying. If you accidentally come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention as appropriate.
